To start making the Jungkook bulguri recipe, add roughly 2 ¾ cups (650 to 680 milliliters) of water into a frying pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the full sauce packet that comes with the Buldak ramen and half of the Neoguri soup mix packet.
Next, add in the two noodle blocks and boil until it reaches your desired texture. Jungkook likes his noodles to be pretty al dente. If you prefer your noodles softer, you can boil them for a longer period.
If desired, fry an egg and add it on top of the noodles.
You can also add perilla oil to the dish for an extra flavor boost. Additionally, you can fry an egg and add it to the top of the dish for added protein and flavor.
Finally, garnish with green onion for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
The seasoning packets that come with the Buldak and Neoguri ramen packages must be used in this recipe, or else it won't taste right, so you'll need to buy a few of each.
